So it's not the prettiest thing in the world...but god is it good. Baked strawberry pie. I wish I could take some credit for this recipe but it was a random google search that lead me to this deliciousness.
You would be shocked by how much searching it took to find a strawberry pie that did not involve gelatin. The only change I made to thisrecipe was using brown sugar for the topping rather than white sugar.
I don't know if you remember but... I have this pie plate with a Strawberry pie recipe on it. My father bought it home when I was still pretty small. Anyway, no one has actually followed the recipe. Ive baked in it a dozen times but never remembered its there till I've already started whatever pie is going in it.
